Dr. Chris Reeves

Dr. Chris Reeves’ illustrious career spans more than two decades and includes stints at some of the nation’s most prestigious medical institutions. A graduate of Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, he went on to complete his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Michigan State University three years before attending a spine Fellowship at the Beverly Hills Spine Group.

I was so thankful for finding Dr. Chris Reeves.  Dr. Reeves outlined exactly what needed to happen before the surgery and it is a lot.  My back issue was causing extreme, all consuming pain.  Dr. Reeves staff of Karen and Karla were super empathetic and very helpful through the entire process.  They helped me find an MRI that I could actually get through as I could not do the closed tube.  They even brought a pain prescription to the car so I would not have to go to the third floor office.  Finally, my surgery went exactly like Dr. Reeves said it would, what a relief!  I have already referred several others to Dr. Reeves and will continue to do so.

Where do I start?! I struggled with worsening back pain for over two years. I ran the gauntlet of physical therapy,  pain management meds, shots, and yoga stretches.  Nothing worked. Then I was fortunate, or should I say blessed to have found Dr. Reeves.  What he has done for me has been life changing. Not only is my pain gone but I feel young again. I'm happy again. I feel like my old self. He is a wonderful doctor! Not only with the surgery he performs (and mine was extensive) but he's compassionate, understanding, approachable, and he really listens.
